Kikokà

Launched in 2008 as part of a joint breeding programme between the University of Udine and NKP – New Kiwi Plant, Kikokà represents the new generation of yellow-fleshed kiwifruit.
 
After years of research, tastings and selection, two outstanding varieties have emerged: AC 497 076 (early harvest) and AC 501 022 (late harvest), with additional varieties currently under development.

Kiwi Uno sources and handles fresh fruit from selected growers monitored by our Technical Service, consistently ensuring the highest quality standards.
 
We carefully manage every stage of cultivation and fertilisation to enhance the finest characteristics of the fruit.
 
In addition, we carry out dedicated research projects focused on the development of new nectarine varieties, allowing us to remain at the forefront of innovation and deliver new products to the market.

Cherries

Cherries are the latest addition to the Rivoira Group’s product portfolio. The objective is ambitious: 150 hectares of next-generation varieties over the next five years.
 
As with apples, multiple cherry varieties are tested in parallel to identify those best suited to our growing areas.
 
All new orchards are equipped with rain and insect protection covers, an innovative solution that ensures healthy, high-quality fruit, reduces the use of crop protection products and strengthens the Group’s commitment to environmental sustainability.

Skylar Rae®

Skylar Rae® cherries are among the sweetest in the world. Harvested at high sugar levels, between 23 and 25 Brix, they combine exceptional sweetness with an unmistakably crisp texture.
 
The Rivoira Group holds the exclusive licence for the cultivation and marketing of this variety in Europe, the Mediterranean region and the Arabian Peninsula.
 
Our cherries are handled using state-of-the-art equipment and advanced technologies. The Unitec Cherries Vision 3 packing line, featuring 8 channels and a capacity of 4.5 tonnes per hour, enables us to guarantee the highest standards of quality and precision.
