Crimson Snow®

Crimson is a club apple, with exclusive production rights for 30 years to the 4 licensee partners of the Club.
 
For the year 2025, 100 hectares are estimated to be in production.
 
It is a late variety, originating from Australia, with interesting organoleptic and aesthetic characteristics, good texture, juiciness, and can be stored for very long periods.

Crimson Snow® is crisp, fresh, with an exotic flavor. Simply extraordinary!

Ambrosia™

This variety, originating from Canada, represents the flagship of the Group.
 
Discovered in the early 2000s, it entered production in 2006 and has been marketed since 2008.
 
Rivoira holds the exclusive rights until 2036 for cultivation and distribution in Europe, Russia, India, North Africa, and the Middle East.
 
In 2013, the ViP consortium joined the project, and today there are 416 hectares cultivated in Piedmont and 247 hectares under sublicense in Val Venosta.

Kissabel®

Kissabel is a unique apple, with characteristic red flesh and a surprising taste.
 
The project began over twenty years ago in France, from crosses between high-quality apples and red-fleshed varieties, and after years of selection, the first commercial orchards were planted in Europe in 2016.
 
The following year, the first Kissabel varieties reached the European market.

Sambóa

First proprietary varietal project of the Group. Rivoira is the global Master licensee of the project.
 
The "Ripe on Tree – Ripened on the Plant" certification protocol ensures that every Samboa apple is harvested only when perfectly ripe, preserving flavor, aroma, and quality through sustainable and controlled agricultural practices.
 
Three varieties, three personalities: Luiza, crisp and bright; Venice, balanced and juicy; Isadora, red and intense.
